This includes but is not limited to mobility assistance, the use of wheelchairs or walking aids, medical equipment, and assistance for visually or hearing-impaired passengers.

While our current fleet may not include fully adapted vehicles in all cases, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs or refer you to a suitable alternative where we are unable to do so. Please contact us as early as possible before your trip so we can plan accordingly.

Passengers travelling with young children are reminded that appropriate child seats or booster seats are the responsibility of the parent or guardian, in line with South African road safety regulations. Please notify us in advance if you require guidance or assistance in this regard.

Assistance and Support

Our drivers are committed to treating all passengers with courtesy and respect. Where a passenger requires additional assistance boarding or alighting a vehicle, our drivers will provide reasonable support. If you have specific requirements that go beyond standard assistance, please discuss these with us prior to booking so we can ensure the right arrangements are in place.
