Refund Policy

Introduction

At Lux Tours and Shuttles, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality transportation services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued and should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

Booking Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where Lux Tours and Shuttles cancels the service, in which case a full refund including the deposit will be issued.

Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@luxtoursandshuttles.com. Refunds will be processed as follows:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a refund of 80% of the total amount paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will receive a refund of 50% of the total booking amount. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Lux Tours and Shuttles

If we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, safety concerns, or extreme weather, customers will be offered either a full refund, including any deposit paid, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably possible.

Partial Service Delivery

If a service is interrupted or cannot be completed due to a fault on our part, a partial refund proportional to the unfulfilled portion of the service may be considered at our discretion. Each case will be assessed individually. No partial refund will apply where interruption is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to Bookings

Customers may request changes to their bookings subject to availability. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the change. We recommend requesting changes at least 24 hours in advance. Where a change results in a reduction in the booking value, any difference will be refunded in accordance with our standard refund timelines.

Delays and Service Interruptions

While we make every effort to operate on schedule, Lux Tours and Shuttles is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Refunds will not be issued for delays arising from such circumstances.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
